Yeon Joo is passionate about sickle cell research and helping kids with sickle cell disease. Yeon Joo studied psychology and global health and she currently also works as a research coordinator to help kids with sickle cell disease manage pain.
Outside of work, Yeon Joo enjoys cooking and listening to podcasts. Her favorites are the Sickle Cell Podcast from Sickle Cell 101 and Cheat Codes: A Sickle Cell Podcast.
